Simply, honestly and without unnecessary frills. Every day, we make our own pasta and work with fresh fish, aged meat and ingredients we would want to have on our own table. hOST is a small restaurant in Hradčany, just a few steps from Prague Castle.
We don’t want to be a place for hundreds of people every day. We want to have time for our guests, know our tables and create an evening with a rhythm of its own. Wine is a big part of our world. Our wine cellar holds more than 500 bottles, from small family-run wineries to iconic producers. And then there’s the place itself. When the weather allows, we open the roof and Prague becomes part of the dinner.
